Installation

 We have safe access, collective systems and solutions for all roof types, such as:

Toggle fix for Single ply membrane

Rivets specified by our suppliers for metal composite panels

Clamp fittings using grub screws to secure to Standing & Seam roof panels

We can install on roof pitches from 0 to 45 degrees.

Non-Penetrating Systems

 We can offer non-penetrating systems on roof types such as Dead  weight   anchor Systems on the below roof types on a pitch of 0-5  degrees.  Materials  for these systems can include:

  • Single Ply Membrane Asphalt
  • Steel Cladding Concrete
  • Stone Chippings (Brushed)
  • Mineral Felt

 We have a solution for every roof type from domestic homes to commercial   properties such as warehouse`s, schools, office blocks, business centres and  hotels.

Inspection & Maintenance

Most commercial properties will have some form of safe access equipment installed the most common found on sites are as follows:

  • Fall Arrest / Fall Restraint Line systems
  • Eyebolts / Push Locks / Single user anchor points
  • Ladder Ties
  • Guardrail / Roof edge protection / demarcation rails
  • External / internal cat style ladders
  • Rear access Utility Staircase
  • Personal Fall Protection Equipment P.F.P.E

 

Fall protection systems are to be inspected on an annual basis, abseiling points are to be inspected every 6 months by a trained and competent person.

Inspection to BS 7883:2019 as far as reasonably practical. 

A detailed report with all aspects of the inspection process.

Load testing on systems where necessary.

All reports include photos of all systems that have been inspected.

All reports will include any remedial works that maybe required.

We also carry out a brief survey whilst on the roof, should we notice anything hazardous or any damage to the roof that we think needs attention this will also be noted in the report.
